Last night me and elp6n went to Wal-Mart to get our shopping done for the upcoming Atkins diet that we are starting (want to shed about 30), and I quickly became aware that I am going to starve. Gone is the bread,sugar,taters,milk,pop..etc Hello eggs,cheese, and sausage. One good thing though: I can have beef jerky. That will come in handy when I start gnawing on my arm. Pray fer us fellers-lol

you can do it, the first few days are rough, but once you get in the swing of things its not bad!!
They have alot of Carb smart candies and chocalates now that aren't to bad just don't eat to many they give you horrible gas!!! lol

No doubt I can do it. My mind is made up. I want to be 6'2 220 not 6'2 250. I know my back will love me for it. I know it will be an energy booster also. I also know it won't hurt my heart any as well.

You can drink Diet Rite as well to replace your cokes. My wife got all of my meals off of The Food Network internet site, it's called Low Carb and Loving It, I know it's corney but they have some pretty good meals.

I like orange diet rite. Unchained doesn't do fruity sodas though lol

I know we're not supposed to do caffeine...but I neeeeeeed it (and it didn't hurt my diet efforts before)

I've watched Low Carb and Loving It...the dude has good recipies (even if he is a little fanatical about the diet).

Bout a gallon of Diet Dew will take care of the caffine and you will be too full for anything else, I lost about 20 lbs like that once.... course I also lost my mind, if it wanders by or should any of you all get tired of being you and wanna swap and be me for a while......
